ABOUT

Transformation begins when we create the space to see, think and relate differently.

Founder of Multitudes · Executive Coach · Facilitator · Collective Intelligence Practitioner · Certified YPO Forum Facilitator

My path has never followed a single line.

Over the past two decades, I have worked across finance, technology and education, in different cultures and environments. Each of these worlds has shaped the way I understand people, leadership and transformation today.

I studied Biology and Economics at Boston University and Business Management at McGill University, then trained in Executive Coaching at HEC Paris, Process Communication Model with KCF France and Design Thinking at ESSEC Business School.

Today I am a Senior Facilitator at the School of Collective Intelligence at UM6P and a Certified YPO Forum Facilitator, working with YPO members, Forums, spouses and Chapters internationally.

Through Multitudes, I work with individuals, teams and organizations navigating moments of complexity, transition and possibility. Rather than applying a fixed methodology, I design each journey around the people in the room, the context they are navigating and what they are seeking to shift.

Alongside this work, I serve as Vice-President of the Tahar Sebti Institution, an inclusive school supporting underserved children and women's empowerment.

What drives my work

Creating trust is central to my work.

I am deeply interested in what becomes possible when people have the space to slow down, listen differently and engage in conversations that matter.

When people feel safe enough to speak honestly, curious enough to challenge their assumptions and open enough to hear different perspectives, new possibilities can emerge. My role is not to arrive with ready-made answers, but to create the conditions for individuals and collectives to discover, build and own the answers that are right for them.

Some of our best possibilities emerge when we dare to explore them together.

The story behind Multitudes

None of us is only one thing.

We carry multiple experiences, perspectives, identities, strengths and possibilities. The same is true of teams and organizations.

Transformation often begins when we make space for that plurality — when different voices can be heard, assumptions can be explored and individual perspectives can become collective intelligence.
